In this course we’ll take a closer look at your meditation practice and also examine your daily habits through the mindful lens.
In this 5-week course you’ll learn the foundational practices of mindfulness including sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful movement, mindful communication and loving kindness practice. We’ll also talk about the physiology of stress and how to alleviate it. You’ll leave with reliable tools for staying steady in the face of life’s challenges.
