SWEET SLEEP
A five-week course to improve your nightly rest

In this course, we’ll examine your pre-bed habits and talk about elements of a sleep hygiene practice. This will include easy movements for winding down, simple breathing techniques and other helpful tips. And then, what to do with the mind that won’t turn off!  We’ll talk about that too.
We will entrain new habits in the nervous system and track sleep patterns through a sleep log. Throughout the course, we’ll continually refine what’s working/not working for you.
