Living with metastatic cancer can be overwhelming. You may feel a range of difficult emotions and be struggling to reorient your life. But you don’t have to do that alone.
Come experience the value of community as we talk about navigating stress, dealing with difficult emotions, grounding yourself in self-care, and sleeping well with it all.
