Classes

Michelle offers oncology yoga therapy classes for cancer patients, survivors and care givers. For patients in active treatment, these classes can lower fatigue, reduce stress, improve function and sleep.

Most of the classes are chair-based and adapted to suit the needs of participants. They include gentle poses, breathing, and meditation.

Currently all classes take place via Zoom video conferencing.

Michelle, your Wednesday class is such a gift. Thank you. Last night I was having a twinge in my knee and with the simple adjustment you suggested the pain was gone and I was able to continue. You have great knowledge of the body and soul and I thank you so much for sharing it and keeping us going!!!

With Love,
Kathy B. Grateful student
