Michelle offers mind/body self-care (yoga) classes for cancer patients, survivors and care givers.

All classes are chair-based and adapted to suit the needs of participants.

Currently all classes take place via Zoom video conferencing.

FREE Yoga classes for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers
Mondays 1:00-1:45pm 
Wednesdays, 5:30-7:00pm* 
Thursdays, 4:00-5:00pm

These chair-based classes include simple joint-opening movements, standing poses to improve your balance, and core strengthening work as needed. We’ll also breathe to calm the nervous system and meditate to steady the mind. 

Intermediate Class, $12/class 
Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:00-11:30am (1st class is FREE!)

*The Wednesday evening classes are free and hosted by the Cancer Support Community of Greater Philadelphia. You must register with CSCGP before joining the class.

The other classes are hosted by Michelle. Email her to express interest in a class (please specify which class) and to ask any questions you might have.

You will be asked to provide medical information in order to take the class (this will be held confidential under HIPAA compliance)

Michelle is also trained in Vinyasa yoga and is available to teach to the general public. She has been teaching since 2003.
