Outdoor Yoga

Movement & Connection

Join me for a gentle, grounding yoga series held in the beauty of Wissahickon Valley Park. This class is designed to be accessible and supportive for all bodies, including those navigating health challenges or anyone seeking a mindful, low-impact flow in nature. We’ll incorporate elements of Qi Gong and always conclude with a generous, restful Savasana.

The Details

  • Dates: April 4, April 18, & May 2
  • Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Location: Blue Bell Park in the Wissahickon
    (842 W Walnut Ln, Philadelphia, PA 19144)
  • Parking: Ample parking is available near the site.
  • Investment: $10–$25 suggested donation.

Arrival & Terrain

Because the park is expansive, please arrive 15 minutes early to locate the group and settle in. The walk from the parking area to our site is short but involves natural, inconsistent terrain—it isn’t a climb, but the ground is uneven in spots, so please plan accordingly.

A Note on Earthing

Practicing outdoors allows us to incorporate a bit of Earthing—the practice of physically connecting with the earth’s natural energy. Whether you choose to go barefoot or simply enjoy the grounding sensation of the grass beneath your mat, it is a simple way to help regulate the nervous system and find a little extra calm.
