You will need a quiet, secluded space where you can lie down and hear Michelle’s voice via your computer or mobile device. There will be some gentle movement before lying down and a seated meditation afterwards.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that systematically leads you into a deep state of relaxation through breath awareness, body scanning and imagery. This state ‘turns on’ the relaxation response, which is the body’s natural healing state. There is nothing for you to do, but to get comfortable and listen.
This particular session is short – it involves only body scanning and breath awareness.
