Yoga Nidra drops you into a deep, peaceful place, using breath awareness, body scanning and imagery.
Meditation helps you stay in that state.
Yoga nidra is practiced lying down or sitting comfortably (30-45 minutes). The session includes gentle movement and seated meditation (on a cushion or chair).
